Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your course in any way, you will receive a full refund. You must show up on time to every session and attend each session in full to qualify. Just turn in your course materials at the end of the workshop and we will refund your money, no questions asked. Applies to Level 1 only.
Cancellation & refund policy: There is a $150.00 non-refundable cancellation fee for refunds requested 14 days or more prior to the course. There are no refunds or transfers for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course or once the course begins. You may transfer your registration once to another course date if requested 14 days or more prior to the original course with a $25.00 transfer fee. If you have prepaid for multiple courses at one time and decide to cancel one or more of them 14 days or more prior to the course, you will be charged the full rate for the courses you have already attended, and be refunded the balance minus the $150.00 cancellation fee. If the Craniosacral Institute Australia cancels a course, you can choose to attend another course or receive a full refund based on the amount that you have paid. In the event of a course cancellation, the Craniosacral Institute Australia is not responsible for any losses incurred, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses. In the event that you do not show up on the first day of the course, the Craniosacral Institute Australia reserves the right to refuse your entry into the remainder of the course and your registration fee will not be refunded.
